Most of our customers are families with one or two dogs and a yard that gets away from them somewhere around Wednesday. We come the same day each week, walk the entire yard in a grid so nothing gets missed, and take the waste with us when we go.

No. As long as we can reach the yard, you don't have to be there. Most customers give us a gate code or leave the side gate unlocked on service day.
Dogs can stay outside if they're friendly. Just let us know ahead of time so we're expecting them.
It leaves with us and is disposed of properly. We don't fill up your trash bin unless you specifically ask us to.
We service through the winter when the yard is accessible. If snow makes a visit impossible, we skip the charge and catch it on the next visit.
