These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blue's Poop Scoop website and the pet waste removal services we provide. By using this website, requesting a quote, or receiving service from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Blue's Poop Scoop provides pet waste removal and related yard services for residential and commercial customers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities. Service frequency, scope and price are agreed at the time of sign-up and confirmed in writing by email or text.

2. Scheduling and Access

Service is performed on a recurring day each week or every other week. Exact arrival times vary by route.
You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the service area, including gate codes, keys or unlocked gates on service days.
If we cannot access the yard, we will attempt to contact you. A missed-access visit may be billed at the normal rate.
Aggressive animals must be secured. We may decline or discontinue service where a safety risk exists.
Service may be delayed or skipped due to severe weather, snow cover, or unsafe conditions. Skipped visits are not billed.

3. Pricing, Billing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on yard size, number of pets and service frequency, and may be adjusted with advance notice.
Recurring service is billed monthly by email invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due upon receipt. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be suspended until the balance is paid.
One-time and initial cleanups are quoted separately and are due at or before the time of service.

4. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel recurring service at any time by calling, texting or emailing us. Cancellations received at least 24 hours before a scheduled visit will not be billed for that visit. Prepaid amounts for services not yet performed will be refunded or credited.

5. SMS Text Messaging Terms

These SMS terms apply to the Blue's Poop Scoop text messaging program.

Program Description

Blue's Poop Scoop sends customer care and service-related text messages, including quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way and job-completed notices, schedule changes, invoice and account notices, and replies to questions you send us. This is a conversational and transactional program; we do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by:

Checking the SMS consent box on the quote or contact form on this website and submitting the form;
Providing express written consent on a service agreement or paper form; or
Sending us a text message first at 610-410-0506.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Only the person who owns or is the customary user of the mobile number may provide consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your service schedule and your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Blue's Poop Scoop does not charge for text messages.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported Carriers

Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket and others.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Photos

We may take photos of the service area to document completed work or access issues. We will not publish identifiable photos of your property publicly without your permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue's Poop Scoop is not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, damage caused by pets, lawn damage from normal foot traffic, or items left in the service area. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information and is owned by Blue's Poop Scoop. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. Pricing shown on this site is a starting point and is not a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
